The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is married Nanad of the victim of dowry death. The husband is already in custody. Allegation is general and omnibus against the petitioner.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
