2. It is submitted that owing to typographical error in paragraph nos. 2 and 5 of order no. 3 dated 20.07.2020, "Balia P.S. Case No. 177/2018" has inadvertently been typed in place of the correct "Balia P.S. Case No. 188/2018" as appearing in the petition.

3. Accordingly, let reference to "Balia P.S. Case No. 177/2018" in paragraph nos. 2 and 5 of order no. 3 dated 20.07.2020 be treated as corrected to read as "Balia P.S. Case No. 188/2018".

4. Order no. 3 dated 20.07.2020 stands modified to the above extent only.
