Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364,120B,34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302 and 301 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

According to FIR, the informant suspected that the petitioners and others have abducted and murdered the son of the informant, for the reason that the deceased was in love affairs with petitioner No.2 and petitioner No.1 is husband of petitioner No.2. Admittedly, after perusal of the case diary, there is no direct evidence against the petitioners save and except confessional

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chiksoura Police Station Case No.07 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
