JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.O. P.S. Case No. 484 of 2018, arising out of Bahera P.S. Case No. 187 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(A)/32(3) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody in connection with seizure of 15 liters. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned IV Additional Sessions Judge-
