She has challenged the aforenoted appointment and the Grade Pay, stating that she was required to be kept in the Grade Pay of Rs.2,000/- for which no rule or resolution of the Government was brought to the notice of the learned Single Judge.

2. Solely on this score, the writ petition of the

Patna High Court L.P.A No.137 of 2022(6) dt.27-02-2025 2/2 appellant was dismissed vide judgment dated 11.01.2022.

3. Even otherwise, the claim of the appellant could not be substantiated.

4. We do not find any reason to interfere with the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge.

5. The appeal is dismissed.
