Smt. Sahin Begam ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S.Case No. 47 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 325, 332, 333, 341, 353, 354, 379, 427, 435, 504 and 120B of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that a large number of local people

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39142 of 2018(3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 blocked the road as one child was killed in a road accident and when police turned up, they alleged to have assaulted some of the police personnel and outraged the modesty of female constables and one Dhananjay Singh and Bhola Sao snatched away S.L.R. rifle from SAP constable.

Submission is that there is no specific overt act, as alleged, against these petitioners rather allegation of snatching of S.L.R. rifle from SAP constable is against Dhananjay Singh and Bhola Sao, who are not petitioners in the present case, and petitioners are in custody since 26.02.2018, having clean antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely , Amrit Kumar Singh, Shivsankar Singh and Rupesh Kumar Singh, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018.
