JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 16.1.2018, seeks bail in Shahpur PS Case No. 12 of 2018 registered under Sections 414/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail on the ground of parity as one of the co-accused Akash Kumar from whose possession one stolen motorcycle is alleged to have been recovered was earlier granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 26402 of 2018. He further submits that the petitioner bears clean antecedent and the seizure list does not indicate from whose possession which motorcycle was recovered.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ranjan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM I Danapur in connection with Shahpur PS Case No. 12 of 2018.
