Petitioner worked as an Assistant Teacher at Janta High School, Chandpura and at High School, Simariya as well as Ramdhari Singh Dinkar Memorial High School, Simariya between 28.08.1984 to 18.11.1996. Thereafter, he was duly relieved on 18.11.1996 to join as lecturer in Tilka Manjhi University, Bhagalpur.

Petitioner in the present writ application prays for

Patna High Court CWJC No.6895 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 payment of his entire retiral benefits including Pension, Gratuity, Provident Fund, Earned Leave with revised pay scale for the period 01.09.1984 to 18.11.1996. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent no. 6, the District Programme Officer, Samastipur vide letter dated 17.01.2017 has sent the entire papers to the headmaster of Rajyakrit High School, Sultanpur East, Samastipur which was the last posting of the petitioner which is Annexure-4 with entire documents which included the No Objection Certificate but still the aforesaid payments have not yet been released in the favour of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Regional Director, Secondary Education, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga to look into the claim of the petitioner and make payment of all admissible dues to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
