Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application. Permission is accorded.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the postmortem report it would manifest that the same belies the allegations as alleged in the F.I.R as the nature of assault does not get corroborated with the postmortem report.

Be that as it may, the petitioner will be at liberty to take up all the issues at the time when the regular bail application is taken up.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application
