The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 4749 of 2018 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 245 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a), of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody in connection with seizure of Hero Honda Spender. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no concern with either motorcycle which was seized in the instant case or the liquor of 26 bottles. Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.05.2018, the petitioner,

No.39240 of 2018(2) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 4749 of 2018 arising out of Alamganj P.S.
