The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018 dated 17.05.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 332, 333, 353, 395, 436, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Several persons have been named in the FIR including the petitioner but nothing specific has been alleged against anyone of them, much less against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that many of the similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40123 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2018 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Regard being had to the fact that there is general allegation against the petitioner and his period of custody as well as his clean antecedent, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabd in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018.
