ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by order dated 13.4.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.20062 of 2014 in connection with Complaint case No.540C of 2013 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.

It has been submitted that the Petitioner was not heard before the order of anticipatory bail was granted and, therefore, it should be cancelled.

Since this can be no reason for cancellation of anticipatory bail, which is a serious matter, the application stands dismissed.
