JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case, initially, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 328 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Sections 395, 328 of the Indian Penal Code were also added.

The name of petitioner appears to have come in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Santosh Paswan and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20554 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015.
