JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 22, 23, 24 and 25 of the NDPS Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and at best from his possession two motorcycles have been recovered, though he is not concerned with alleged recovery of Charas and he is in custody since 20.6.2017 having no antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused Askash Kuamr and Sachin Kumar have already been granted bail vide orders dated 1.2.2018 and 10.1.2018, passed in Cr Misc Nos.

6340/2018 and 52390/2017. Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions/Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in NDPS Case no. 62 of 2017, Motihari Town Police Station Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60430 of 2017 (3) dt.02-02-2018 Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.
