Mr. Sri Madhuranand Jha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pipara Kothi P.S.Case No. 216 of 2017 registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian penal Code and 25(1-b)a,26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit. Now petitioner moves second time seeking bail on the ground that another co-accused Chandan Prasad was granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 8786 of 2018.

Accusation is that petitioner and Chandan Prasad robbed the informant and relieved cash of Rs. 1,08,450/- and Laptop of Konai brand and both were apprehended on chase by the villagers and recovery of laptop and cash was also made from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39132 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 Chandan Prasd and arms from the possession of the petitioner and he has also one criminal antecedent of robbery. So there is no further grounds at this stage for reconsideration of bail of the petitioner.

However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial, as it is submitted that charge sheet has been filed, if trial does not get concluded in six months, petitioner may renew his prayer of bail.
