2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 11.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59711 of 2024 for further extension of time to surrender before the learned District Court.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application and the affidavit, further period to surrender before the learned District Court is extended by four weeks from the date of this order, subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- in the District legal Services Authority, Jamui.

4. The order dated 11.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59711 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19443 of 2025(2) dt.26-03-2025 2/2 The other parts of the order shall remain intact.

5. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
