Vide order dated 08.08.2024, it transpires to this Court that no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and as a matter of last indulgence, this case was adjourned for one week with specific direction that if none appears on behalf of the petitioner on the next date fixed, appropriate order shall be passed. Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In this background, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ application and therefore, this Court has no option left, but to pass the order in this writ application.

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ application stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
