The petitioner has challenged the order dated 28.06.2014 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 132 of 2013 whereby and whereunder cognizance has taken under Sections 420, 467, 471, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that on the basis of forged and fabricated papers, the land as narrated was acquired by the
