JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH) 06-11-2019 Heard Mr. Prashant Sinha, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha, learned AC to AAG-9. The present appeal is being preferred against the order dated 07.02.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.2075 of 2019, whereby the request of the appellant for being transferred from Naugachhia to the place of her choice i.e., either in the district of Kaimur or Bhojpur, has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the appellant has brought to the

Patna High Court L.P.A No.320 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 notice of this Court Memo No.6785 dated 03.01.2019 issued by the Executive Director, State Health Society as contained in Annexure-2 whereby, certain Ayush doctor have been posted at the place of their choice by way of deputation but the appellant, despite being a lady, her transfer at the place of her choice has not been considered.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they are still ready to consider the representation of the appellant for posting at the place of her choice on deputation if there is vacancy.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents, the appellant is permitted to submit representation before the respondent-authority within four weeks of receipt of the copy of this order which will be disposed of by the respondent within four weeks of receipt of the same.
