The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 268 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections-409, 420, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was Mukhiya at the relevant time and the only allegation against her is that she diverted the government money towards another scheme and instead of purchasing 5 solar lights, purchased 28 solar lights.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, shall be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34049 of 2014 (2) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 268 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
