Petitioner along with Navneet Tiwari was apprehended during course of unsuccessful bid to commit theft in the godown of Irrigation Department, on account thereof, is under custody since 11.08.2017. Accordingly, petitioner, Pawan Giri is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Valmikinagar P. S. Case No.78 of 2017.
