The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 420, 467 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that he got the land through gift from his cousin grand mother but petitioner No.1 sold the land.
Petitioner No.1 claims that he owns the land and the same is recorded in his name as Khatiyani land. The dispute appears to be of civil nature.

No.25490 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri A. K. Tripathy, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gopalganj in Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
