2. Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A), 328/34 of the Penal Code. She is the mother of Chintu Kumar, who eloped with the daughter of the informant. Daughter of the informant has been recovered and has recorded her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though petitioner is named in the First Information Report but no overt act is alleged against her either in the First Information Report or in the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
4. Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33450 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 production of a copy of this order in the Court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with S.Tr. No. 1285/13, arising out of Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 129/13, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
