JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 373 of 2014 registered under Section 323, 324, 341, 307, 448 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though, there is allegation of assault of khanti on the head of the informant by the petitioner, but from the injury report, it is apparent that injury is simple in nature as apparent for the impugned order itself. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case , the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, District- Patna, in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.373 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
