JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No.150 of 2016 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Satrughan Yadav is the son of petitioner nos.2 and 3 and petitioner no.1 is the brother and they have been made accused only because of relationship with him. In fact the boy and the girl of the informant eloped away as they were in love relationship. On earlier occasion they had also eloped away and there is no specific allegation against these petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

No.49892 of 2017 (2) dt.30-10-2017 2 /2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Benipatti in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No.150 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
