It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the State has lost in Title Appeal No. 4 also, but still the State wants to interfere in the possession of the petitioner.

It is directed that till any favourable order is passed in favour of the State, the State shall not interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner.
