02. 25.05.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Kargahar P.S. Case No. 260 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Sri R. Bhargava, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rohtas at Sasaram (or its successor).

Considering the genesis of the occurrence, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below and seek prayer for regular bail.
