The application alleges wilful /deliberate disregard/disobedience of the order dated 18.12.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18551 of 2010 (Annexure-1). By the said order the Court directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of in accordance with law. Along with the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 5 and 6, a copy of the order dated 02.05.2015 passed by the District Programme Officer, Siwan (Annexure-A)

Patna High Court MJC No.1924 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 has been enclosed. On going through the said order, it appears that in the light of the order passed on the writ petition, the said authority has disposed of the application/representation of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, it appears the opposite party has complied with the order of the Court. The Contempt application is dismissed.
