JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 318 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 19.65 liter liquor. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and on suspicion petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2018.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than one and half months and he has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
