Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 326, 327, 341, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that while informant was coming with her husband then petitioner and co-accused Karan Pandey started slitting the neck of the husband of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that maliciously the accusation has been levelled as the injury reflects one sharp cut injury simple in nature which suggests that informant is not the eye witness of the occurrence.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26022 of 2015 (2) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
