JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant by causing burn injury after two years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

The impugned order reflects that the villagers took the victim from the room and while taking her to Jhajha, she died on the way. The postmortem report reflects the cause of death by burn injury.

Consideration the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21861 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Jamui.
