The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 148 of 2016, a case under Sections 328, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the F.I.R., for some dispute relating to accounting in business, the petitioner and others are suspected to have committed murder of the son of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that co-accused Sulekha Devi has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench in Cri. Misc. No. 9833 of 2017 of this Court and case diary would reveal that there is no further material against the petitioner except suspicion.

No.2142 of 2018 (3) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ben Police Station Case No. 148 of 2016 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
