For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Bhubneshwar Prasad For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S.Case No. 606 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 36 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpires during course of investigation and he is accused in three other cases also.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is absolutely nothing against the petitioner and nothing has been recovered from his possession and in all the cases petitioner is on bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40569 of 2018 (3) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that petitioner has criminal antecedents as well as allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
