2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 251(2), 252, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, one Ritesh Kumar @ Bablu is the main assailant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2024. The petitioner is the wife of Ritesh Kumar @ Bablu and there is allegation of conspiracy against the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024.
