The petitioners being the brother, mother and father are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage. The informant found the husband of the victim and petitioner no. 3 took out the dead body from the water channel.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly the victim was at her parent's

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26796 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 house, when the post-mortem report did not reflect any external injury and considering the same the husband of the victim has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 10403 of 2015 by a Coordinate Bench of this Bench.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 486 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
