Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No.93 of 2014 registered under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks bail of the petitioners on the ground of parity as other two co-accused Chhabi Lal Yadav and Sintu Mehra @ Sintu Kumar Mehra have been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.26639 of 2015 on 28.07.2015 and these two petitioners too have criminal antecedents like the petitioners and both petitioners are in custody since 15.12.2016 and 18.11.2016 respectively.

No.4534 of 2018(7) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the period of custody, petitioners, namely, Kailash Mandal and Ranjit Mandal are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No.93 of 2014 with conditions that one of the bailors must be the close family member of the petitioners and the petitioners shall remain physically present on each and every date before the trial court as and when required and if they absent themselves on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, their bail bonds shall liable to be cancelled.
