The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that his brother went to his Sasural to bring his wife but his in-laws killed him. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. Co-accused Anandiya Devi who is the sister-in-law of the deceased, has already been granted anticipatory bail and coaccused Parmendra Bind and Dharmendra Bind have also been granted regular bail. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34814 of 2014 (2) dt.11-03-2015 footing as that of Anandiya Devi.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 104/2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
