JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-06-2023 In the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to submit an application with all supporting documents in the school namely, Chandrasheel Vidyapeeth, Kanti, Muzaffarpur from where she claims to have appeared in the Xth Examination. On submission of the application by the petitioner for correction of spelling in the name of her mother and father, the Principal of Chandrasheel Vidyapeeth, Kanti, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No.

5) shall verify the same and take appropriate steps towards forwarding the application to the Central Board of Secondary

Learned counsel for the Central Board of Secondary Education submits that as soon as the Board receives recommendation from the school in question, the Board shall take appropriate steps subject, however, to payment of required fee/charges, if any, to carry on the corrections after verification of the documents.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit her application with the Principal, Chandrasheel Vidyapeeth, Kanti, Muzaffarpur within a period of 30 days from today whereupon the aforesaid authorities shall act in terms of the order hereinabove.
