The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 28.05.2013 passed by the Sessions Judge, Munger in Cr. Rev. No. 54 of 2013 by which it has confirmed the order dated 01.02.2013 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in Complaint Case No. 417 of 2011 by which it has closed the evidence.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50252 of 2013 dt.03-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks one day indulgence for examining himself.
In the interest of justice, the Trial Court is directed to give one day indulgence to the Petitioner after due notice to the accused persons. However, if he fails to appear on the said date no further indulgence shall be given. With the aforesaid observations, the Application stands disposed off.
