JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being father in law and sister in law (nanad) are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,342,324 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making assault and trying to put the head of the informant in drain by the petitioners. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that earlier the complainant filed complaint making accusation under section 498A IPC where the petitioners were granted bail. It is further submitted that for the occurrence of 13.2.2014 the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26086 of 2015 (2) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 complaint was filed on 5.3.2014.

Considering the relationship of the petitioners and the complainant and the accusation being levelled in the background of litigated relationship from before, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 357 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
