The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Medeni Chouki P.S. Case No.122 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is to have looted a motorcycle of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

In view of the submissions, as made above, as it appears from this petitioner along with other co-accused persons looted the motorcycle bearing registration no.BR09Q2394, which was parked in front of the gate and as petitioner has criminal antecedents of 04 cases of dacoity, arms act and excise act, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
