Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Penal Code, in the First Information Report whereof a suspicion has been raised against them. It is submitted on their behalf that in view of the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of Pratima Kumari petitioners do not appear to be connected with the crime in question.

If that is so, petitioners should surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33581 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail in connection with Barouli P.S. Case No. 33/14, which should be considered by perusing the case diary and if there is no material in the case diary, appropriate order in accordance with law be passed preferably on the same day.
