The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 447, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the order dated 29th of June,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17639 of 2022(3) dt.19-09-2022 2/3 2022 that petition with respect to petitioner Nos. 1 and 4 were permitted to be withdrawan since they were arrested by the police.

It is a case of creating hindrance and obstructing the police officials in discharging of their official duties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no any specific allegation nor any overt act alleged against the petitioners. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, except petitioner Nos. 1 and 4, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17639 of 2022(3) dt.19-09-2022 3/3 bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 146 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
