2. The concerned respondent proceeded with the proceedings under the encroachment Rules on 08.12.2021. Thereafter, encroachment proceeding was dropped on 31st March, 2023. Therefore, substantial compliance has been made by the respondents.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the dropping of encroachment proceedings dated 31st March, 2023, if it is warranted and in accordance with law.
