1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader-13 for the State.

2. Learned GP-13 submits that in compliance of the order dated 21.11.2024, a supplementary counter-affidavit on behalf of the respondent nos.4 and 5 was filed on 22.11.2024. The supplementary counter-affidavit on behalf of the respondent nos.4 and 5 is on record.

3. The learned Government Pleader-13 thereafter, draws the attention of the Court to Annexure- A to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4905 of 2024(4) dt.25-11-2024 2/2 supplementary counter-affidavit, which is a letter dated 21.11.2024 issued by the Sub-Registrar, Kahalgaon addressed to the petitioner requesting him to come to the office of the Registrar on any date for getting the sale deed registered. The learned GP-13 thus submits that the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the instant writ application stands redressed in view of Annexure- A to the supplementary counter-affidavit.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner after perusing Annexure- A to the supplementary counter-affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos.4 and 5 seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ application as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. Accordingly, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
