2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 516/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 308(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) and Section 3(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners along with other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted and caused injuries to the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17897 of 2026(3) dt.13-05-2026 2/3 since 16.12.2025 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, the period of custody, and the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 516/2025, subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioners shall mark their attendance at Ballia Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station shall result in cancellation of their bail bonds.

(ii) The petitioners shall appear in the trial regularly, either personally or through their counsel, and shall cooperate in the trial. Any non-cooperation in the trial shall also entail cancellation of their bail bonds.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations
