Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kuchai Kote P.S. Case No. 392 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) 32(2), 36 and 41 (i) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2019.
