ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.
