This application has been filed for seeking anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 619 of 2020 under Section 30(A) and 30(D) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act vide F.I.R. dated 06.10.2020 registered at Masaurhi Police Station at Patna. This is the second application for anticipatory bail. In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs State of Tamil Nadu 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, the second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

In view of the above, this application is dismissed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24892 of 2023(2) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 Earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 23.12.2021 by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 28629 of 2021.

Till date he has not surrendered. If he does not surrender within two weeks from today, the S.S.P. Patna will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.

This application stands dismissed.
