The Petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147,148,148,149,323,326,302,307,504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners who has fair antecedent, in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioners, named above, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 259 of 2014 they

No.6584 of 2015 (3) dt.25-05-2015 2/3 shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad subject to the conditions as laid down under sections 438(2) Cr. P. C and (i) that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioners.
